If you would like to request a refill of your pet’s medication, We offer online refills!

If your animal has had a prescription filled with our hospital before, you can e-mail us and request a refill.  Please allow 2 business days to process your request.  If you need the medication sooner, please call our office and our receptionist will be glad to assist you.

Please include the following information in your e-mail request:

• Client’s Name
• Patient’s Name
• Name of Medication
• Please note if there are any changes to the prescription.
• Please let us know if you have begun giving any new medications
  to your animal since your last visit.
• Please indicate if you would like to pick your prescription up at our hospital or have it called into a pharmacy.

 

If you would like to have it called into a pharmacy, we will need the name and phone number of the pharmacy you wish to use.

If you need to have your pet’s prescription mailed directly to you, we work with VetCentric!

VetCentric is an online pharmacy!  This is the only online pharmacy that has Dr. Shelton’s 100% approval.  Most online pharmacies are questionable in their practices.  VetCentric is the only reputable online pharmacy for your animal’s medications.

Just click on the icon to the right and you can request a refill on your pet’s medications from VetCentric.  They will do the rest.  There is no need to contact the hospital, unless you have additional questions.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR ANIMAL ANY OVER THE COUNTER ‘HUMAN’ MEDICATIONS. THERE ARE VERY FEW MEDICATIONS THAT ARE SAFE FOR YOUR PET. PLEASE CONTACT SOMEONE AT OUR OFFICE BEFORE GIVING ANY OTC MEDICATIONS TO YOUR PETS.
